Netflix is my comforter and my confident. No matter what kind of day I have had I know I can switch on Netflix and go anywhere I want from fantasy worlds, dragon realms, intense action scenes, to the battlefield, romantic walks in Paris, animated worlds to different dimensions. My Netflix with its personalised suggestions knows exactly what I like. And my account allows me to store all the films and series I want to watch in one place. Sure it might seem expensive but the premium allows for five users to watch whatever they want on their own devices. Each of us can escape to our own worlds with our own suggestions and preferences. I know what I’m doing tonight, do you??
Re-adding some show favourites

Netflix is a very good place to watch shows and has some great qualities but there is some things that could be changed a big thing I feel is re-adding some show favourites that have been removed. A big show that I have been seeing a lot of people on social media searching for or hoping to come back on Netflix is Full house. This was a very big favourite and is such a pity it has been removed. It would be great if it could be added again, and if there is a cause of needing a show of there is so many shows that people don’t watch as more as Full house. Me and a lot more people are hoping for this show to return and it would also get more people to make a subscription due to how many people are looking for a place to watch this show. Hoping for it to return. Sincerely a watcher of Netflix.
The service quality is gone through the floor

I had an account for years but a few months ago I cancelled a subscription. Went abroad for a holiday and tried to sign in to activate a subscription but Netflix says my account doesn’t exist and therefore the password cannot be recovered (however I’m still getting emails from Netflix on that same email). Ok, I signed up to a new account with same details, Netflix took a payment but the app says that the content cannot be accessed from the current location. Contacted support who told me that I simply have to get a local bank card (so open a bank account while you’re on holidays) and signup again. Simple! Alternatively just ignore the message as it will disappear when I get back home. You just can’t make this up. It’s the most stupid support experience I ever had. The app interface has gone really bad too, the UX, the flows, the show presentation in homepage. Netflix is a joke now.
Stop hating Russians! Netflix does not add Russian language to movies!

Do they hate all their Russian-speaking customers? I have been using Netflix for many years. But after February 2022, there are almost no movies in Russian on the service! At first, I thought it was a coincidence and the movies were simply not translated into Russian. But now I am sure that the voiceover and subtitles were removed on purpose from most movies. While I see Ukrainian in almost every movie. I have not lived in Russia for a long time and my children speak English fluently. But! They also speak Russian! And I would also like them to be able to watch movies in their native language!!! Russian is the third language in the world by number of speakers. It is spoken by more than 500 million people worldwide. So what the hell are you removing it from movies? How can this be assessed? Harassment of Russians who pay you money for the service? And they pay a lot of money. This is disgusting!
