Navigating this app is much like visiting a Marks & Spencer flagship on the high street. It’s premium, clean and presented in a wonderfully straightforward manner. Excellently, you’re immediately greeted by some very decent offers (and the opportunity to receive more by signing up for Sparks, the members’ club) before sinking your teeth into the full arsenal of M&S offerings. Clothing, beauty, food and drink, school uniforms, gifts and flowers are all fully shoppable online. Or, if you’re feeling particularly active, you can search for the nearest store and collect your items there.

I’ve shopped in M & S ever since they’ve come to Ireland. Watched the different seasons of retail over the years. My 21st birthday present from my Dad was a beautiful bedcover for my bed. I’m now 60 & still remember loving it & appreciating its excellent quality . I think your service is second to none & your loyalty card is one of the best . The good news is… our youngest son, who is 22 & in final year of med college has discovered lovely clothes in M & S & is slowly becoming a loyal customer. Our 2 other sons have bought dress suits a few years ago & still going strong. So well done M & S - I heard recently your profits have increased . Delighted for you & so well deserved. best thing to ever have
Really handy app. I love being able to check clothing stock online for myself and the family before heading to the store, as I tend to do a mix of online and in-store shopping. It’s especially useful when I’m doing a food shop and spot something on the way out. I can just order it on the app if I don’t have time to go back. The new feature that shows a full outfit idea with the item you’ve chosen is a great addition too
Baby section
MCxxx
I have not been able to view the kids and baby section in the app for weeks now. Everytime I search by department it asks me to change my country to the UK!!! This is so frustrating, when I say ‘don’t change’ I get an error message saying ‘that’s our fault check again shortly’. Like I said I haven’t been able to do online shopping for my daughter on the app for nearly 2 months.
