app2dat brings members, communication and organisation together in a single app. Join a club, a team or a community and your profile comes with you: no new account for every group, no member data scattered across spreadsheets and chat groups.
What you can do
• Members and groups: manage members and organise them into groups, with exactly the fields you need. Roles, permissions and shared groups included.
• Real-time chat: group chats and private messages with files, images, reactions and polls.
• Events and attendance: plan events and training sessions, collect registrations and record who was there.
• Tasks and topics: assign tasks, set priorities, track progress and discuss what matters.
• Fees and payments: handle membership fees and keep track of what has been paid and what is still open.
• Stories and documents: share news, store documents and images, collect reactions.
• Notifications: push messages keep everyone up to date on new messages, events and tasks.
• Verification: people and organisations can be officially checked and confirmed, for more trust in the community.
• AI assistant: answers questions, explains features and takes over recurring steps.
• Automation: recurring workflows run by themselves, for example when an attendance record or a member entry changes.
Built to fit your club
Every club works differently. Instead of forcing you into a fixed process, app2dat lets you shape it: define your own member fields, build your own workflows, and let the script assistant help you along the way. No experts needed, no expensive custom project.
One profile, many clubs
Members bring their own data with them, so your member list stays up to date almost by itself. Whether it is a neighbouring club, an umbrella organisation or participants from abroad: app2dat is not tied to any single country and does not hard-code national rules.
Invite people at no cost
Every group and every event has an invitation link and a QR code. Anyone who opens it gets a profile and can join, whether or not they already belong to your club. Inviting is always free.
Free to use
app2dat is free for clubs, associations and communities. Two optional paid extras are available: official verification of people and organisations, and promotion if you want extra visibility for your club or your event.
An app2dat account is required to use the app. You can delete your account and its data at any time in the app, under Data security.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app has not received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
• If several events take place on the same day, a recorded attendance now only appears on the event it belongs to, both on the home screen and in the schedule.
• Attendance and member details are saved more reliably, including without a connection and when a checkmark is removed right away.
