I mean what the title is!! This app has helped me ever since I got my first period. Most period apps are 16/18+ which is unfair since some people can start as early as the age of 7 so I really like how it has no age restrictions. You can also decide on what comes up! (So you wouldn’t need to see when your most likely chance to have a child is if you’re younger 🥲) I would never change from this app now!! (:

I started out using this app to track my period from month to month! Very hand to keep track and notes as my months varied after coming off my birth control. Following this I then convinced with my very first attempt and my ovulation track using this app was spot on! I now have a beautiful baby boy. Very good app, it follows you right up to and after you fall pregnant. I found it very useful!
