Solid service

Plenty of bikes in Dublin. Generally can find one close when I need to. App has improved over several updates.
When finishing a ride - wait a half minute or so at the bike till you get ride complete confirmation.
(otherwise it might not finish. Customer service will sort that out - but it takes a bit of effort.)

I pointed out that Ashbourne was not well set out with parking locations concentrated within easy walking distances or only a couple of places outside the centre of town. They responded that they had added extra locations. I thanked them but noted that the map on the app still does not show those new locations and asked when the app will be updated. So….. when will it be updated?? Update: your inability to get my name right is not surprising. The “P” parking location symbols have not been updated to include the additional places you have listed. Even when you zoom in!!

Up-update: You list 13 locations in your response but there are still only 10 on your map. When are you going to update your app or pull the service so a more proactive competitor of yours can be used?

Adam, if you continue to zoom in on the map of Ashbourne in the app, you can see the 10 P (Parking icons) which correspond with the locations below. Essentially all and any public bike parking stands in Ashbourne are a parking location in the app. It is for the Meath Co.Co, to determine how many and where these bike stands should go, its not something we control. It is currenlty being considered if they can be parked anywhere and if that is permitted by the council we will update in the app.

Great Service that is continually improving

I think Mobybike has come leaps and bounds since first kicking off. I believe it’s worthy of 5 stars as it is a great service that has become more and more
reliable and user friendly over time due to the moby listening to feedback and continually improving the product. Keep up the good work !
