It's usually good but for last few days, the station name covers and blocks the train times when I'm in the Live Info section of the iPhone app (using a iPhone 6) so I have to manually push up the station name to try to see the times. Started happening just after I installed iOS 10.

Some reviews from 12 years ago are still relevant today. This app is dated and the interface is not user friendly. It should easily be able to provide real times for more than just two trams and even then the timings are not accurate sometimes. I have missed a luas on more than one occasion. The anti social behaviour function is useless. Tried it multiple times on one occasion where there was a serious issue but they didn’t even bother responding to it. What’s the point of implementing it then when passenger safety is not taken seriously? I still can’t get over how this is the official Luas app.

I’ve been using this app to check the real time info for the red line and it’s working great. However recently there’s no luas between Connolly and the Point, I understand there’s no real time info about the stops between them, but how come theres no real time info for the whole red line? Could you please fix this? Thx

LUAS repeatedly shows the point and then just one for Connolly comes. I wouldn’t waste my time waiting or paying if I had known it’s just Connolly. Not to mention frozen food thaws more as I could have walked all the way in the time that takes to wait and partially walk.
