Description
This is the Official App of the Luas, Dublin's Tram network, providing all you need to make full use of the Luas including:
* Real-time forecasts of tram arrivals at each stop.
* Live travel updates regarding the Luas service.
* Identify your nearest Stop and get directions to it.
* Check operating hours.
* Facility to report anti-social behaviour.
The Luas is Dublin's tram network, operated by Transdev on behalf of Transport Infrastructure Ireland.
This App has been developed by Dovetail Technologies on behalf of TII. It collects anonymous usage statistics in order to help us improve the service we offer.

Problems with view on iPhone app
It's usually good but for last few days, the station name covers and blocks the train times when I'm in the Live Info section of the iPhone app (using a iPhone 6) so I have to manually push up the station name to try to see the times. Started happening just after I installed iOS 10.
Absolute joke
Some reviews from 12 years ago are still relevant today. This app is dated and the interface is not user friendly. It should easily be able to provide real times for more than just two trams and even then the timings are not accurate sometimes. I have missed a luas on more than one occasion.
The anti social behaviour function is useless. Tried it multiple times on one occasion where there was a serious issue but they didn’t even bother responding to it. What’s the point of implementing it then when passenger safety is not taken seriously?
I still can’t get over how this is the official Luas app.
It’s completely broken.
Not much to say other than the fact that this app is pretty much broken and unusable.
