Amateur build half of it not working
This app looks like a built by a particularly smart secondary school student. Filters prevailingly don’t work, which might be a blessing, as they follow an idea of a library catalogue rather than a way a human looks for a house.
Evidently no UX involvement. List of missing features:
Filter by mileage from point
Search sorting:
piece high-low
Newest add first
size large-small
remove sold/ subject to contract
Newbuilds
Region search
Filter by price - the existing one is not working, really
Filter by property type: House/ Flat/ Land, not a couple of dozen types of buildings
School check
Internet check - this might be a source of income, guys!
Commute check
Other features are unfathomable, e.g. why would you filter by county? Who works like that?
Carry on learning, one day you might build something useful.
Upgrade July 2019 - Not Fit For Purpose
Lost all my saved searches. Tried to set up new ones but it doesn’t seem to remember the previous searches or only shows new houses since my last search...I can’t tell. Still haven’t received an Alert even though I’ve saved at least 5! No option to Filter results either ... pls revert to old version as not fit for purpose
Nice GUI but doesn’t work
I like how it looks and the UI is good. But it’s not responsive. I’ve saved maybe 5 different searches and none of them are in my saved search area. Even though I’m signed in. It’s reaaaaally frustrating and super simple fix.
Also, if you are looking at a property and go to the map. You will see other for sale properties. But you can’t click into them or even see the names of them to search yourself. So the seller is really missing out on a lot of potential business this way.
If I was developing this I’d be a little embarrassed about these two basic errors you’d find in a UAT.
The content is excellent though. Whoever is posting on it is great.
