Great place to move thing on
DoneDeal is alright, I’ve been using it since 2015. I’ve sold odds and ends and most recently two car this year. It was interesting trying to sell an Australian import car on here to say the least, a good few dreamers that’s for sure. The app works well however I did find that it was extremely difficult to place the listing for the Aussie car via the app on an iPhone 13 mini, took hours and kept getting the same error when verifying the car details. DoneDeal thought it was a focus and wouldn’t let me create the listing, anyway got there in the end.
Gone to the dogs
Used to be a brilliant app, absolutely nothing wrong with it until they started putting random ads in random sections, charging mad money for an ad and not letting you log in or having errors when posting an ad. No idea how this joke of an app is the number one for car sales new & old in Ireland. So many simple little fixes and they don’t bother to fix them at all, I’ve spent hours trying to put up ads after they keep resetting and telling me to select different options that I have already selected, myself and numerous others have been locked out of the app for days on end because it won’t load when logging in, I’ve had ads up that won’t let a car be green lighted at all, the customer service is absolutely appalling and they don’t care whatsoever as long as car dealers are spending €40+ per ad on the site. Ban me all you want, your app is getting to be absolutely awful. WILL CHANGE REVIEW WHEN APP IS FIXED. Thank you.

DoneDeal Is A Great Selling App But Here Are Some Problems
1. I don’t like the way you have to pay to make your post spotlight, it is very helpful when you want to sell something asap but it’s also unfair at the same time .
2. I hate the way there is nothing available in your city, I am at the moment using DoneDeal to get a kitty for myself but I’m getting no luck because there’s barely any post related to this from my city .
There are the only 2 problems that I’m having, but otherwise DoneDeal is a great app and you should get it!
