Awful app. Very slow
Constantly tripping out. Very slow to load choices.
Terrible
Terrible, terrible app. So slow. Difficult to search using menu options, results auto default to frequently purchased, can’t view all results under frequently purchased because the app stalls, screen becomes blank and eventually reloads showing the same few top items, cant scroll too far to view more items because the app starts stalling again.
Some products spelled incorrectly so unless you know to search for product using the incorrect spelling, you won’t be able to locate and purchase the product.
It’s 2024, providing an app with a UX this poor is inexcusable.
Dodgy App
Ever since the first upgrade, I have had major failures — no store delivers to me, the trolley empties itself, orders don’t go through, vouchers vanish… I’ve been trying to order for a week. First day, I expected for my order to be delivered. When I checked my paid for and approved order, there was no sign of it. For the rest of the week, whatever day, whatever time, my bank approves my purchase, the app stalls out, and nothing happens.
On a surface level, the changes look good, but what use are they if I can’t order much less receive any groceries?!
