Awful
This app makes watching one of my favourite shows an infuriating experience!! So much so that I’m contemplating giving up watching it! Every time the show comes to an ad the app starts buffering and doesn’t stop, I have to stop the programme close down the app and then restart the programme and hope that I can find just perfectly after the ad. Sometimes luckily this will work but other times it just continues to buffer and I can’t finish my programme.
Also need to watch about 7 ads each time I do this process if watching from my phone and not casting to the tv. Also doesn’t let you know what you’ve watched or where you’ve left off. It’s just an awful app
Can you add a feature that lets you know what you’ve already watched and where you left off?
Hi, I’ve just downloaded the app. I used to use the browser but I found it irritating because I could never remember the episode number I was on, and if I left halfway through an episode I couldn’t remember at what minute I left off. Also, when trying to find where I left off I would have to watch 7 ads every time I moved the time point . I thought the app would be better and would tell me what I’ve already watched and where I left off, but it doesn’t. It just very irritating, and I end up spending more time watching ads than whatever I’m trying to watch. Can you please update this app to incorporate this feature, it would significantly improve the app. Also, according to the other reviews written on the App Store, I’m not the only one who would like this update. Thanks!
Not fit for purpose
Downloaded the app to watch a specific program on catch up, found it no problem. Had to sit through 2 mins of unskippable ads which were stuttering (can’t imagine your advertisers would be happy to hear that). Then after sitting through the 2 minutes of ads the wrong show was playing, it was 4 minutes of who wants to be a millionaire 🙃 I don’t even know how you design your app so poorly that it plays the wrong content. Needless to say I just deleted the app and will forgo watching anything on virgin media.
