Great app but very annoying loading issue

Keep getting stuck on loading page. Constantly need to uninstall and reinstall on iOS13

Well designed app

This is a good app, well built and mostly works good.

There are two bugs -
1. Expired password prevents application from loading, and must be fixed from the Web UI
2. Bug report from within the app doesn’t work.

App is ok, security issues

App allows access to secure part via iphone pin entry if face id not recognised. Not secure enough for a finance app.
