The app itself is great! But it lacks some features the original WhatsApp version has. For example, if users want to be able to search for specific things in our conversations, I was told they can’t because they don’t see the 🔍 option.Additionally it would be great if you could add “Default chat theme” option like on the regular app, so users could change the theme of their chat. Thank you!
Good, needs more features

I would appreciate an option for “Freelancer” as an option for business category. A lot of common sense features for business management could be added and would be very useful, like a form for ordering products or services and much more. Overall fantastic, though a little slower then standard WhatsApp
App crashes very often

So overall I have really enjoyed this app with its business tools. However since October I have been experiencing frequent app crashes (during typing, recording voice msgs, general use). Therefore msgs need to be rewritten after reopening the app. To make things worse - their technical support shook off from their responsibility and suggested I reinstall my iOS as a new iPhone (and erase my backup). This will not do. Therefore until this issue is fixed - I am keeping whatsapp as a secondary messenger and making telegram as my primary
Search takes FOREVER!!!

I use WhatsApp since the beginning, last year the search for people in WhatsApp has become unbearable! It can take more than 30 seconds just to find the person I want to chat with!I found it to be a complaint that a huge amount of users have, I don’t know why you are not fixing it but it becomes very hard to use WhatsApp if every time I need to start a chat with someone I need to wait so long for the name to come!You need to fix it and fix it fast!!!
