App is pretty good,
Some important issues:
- when going to ‘talk to a banker’ section,
Go to conversation list, then go to a specific conversation, when you tap back you go back to the main app, and if you want to go to conversation lost again you need to do it all over again, super annoying.
- On foreign currency, there seems to be a bug on fetching transactions list, it seems it gets the oldest not the most recent ones. Plus it is inconvenient with the current balance, seems like a bug on transaction fetching from db.

Leumi is constantly proud to be the digital banking leader in Israel.
However, other banks stepped up and left Leumi’s app far behind when it comes to update rates, app UI, functionality and design.
Issues that I find in the app:
1. Not flowing, many lags, stuttering when scrolling down.
2. Animation is too slow, moving between pages, waiting for the menu to load every time - unbearable.
3. Buttons such as ‘אישור’, ׳סיים, are positioned not wisely on the screen, you need to move your finger all over the place.
4. Many pages miss the back button.
5. The quick look and log in is not intuitive - who needs all these animations? bring up Face ID immediately when opening the app and log us in.
6. No widget.
7. Overall the app is very slow.
8. No English version - big disadvantage.
9. No where in the app and the website, you can leave designated feedback for the app.

Just to make it clear, I have several accounts with Leumi and Discount. I can tell you, nicely, that you can learn a lot from Discount app. They have a state of the art app - regularly maintained.

Lots of foreign work have account in bank lumi but they don’t know Hebrew language if we need do anything from this app we need to ask always someone please help me to do something from this app but if we do like this our account is not secure because we don’t know Hebrew language other guys can do something wrong from our account so Must need English language also thankyou 🙏
