ממשק איטי ולא מסודר כראוי, נראה כי מדובר בwebview לאתר אינטרנט עם עיצוב בסיסי מינוס. אין תצוגה עבור קריאות שירות שנסגרו ולעתים גם אי אפשר לראות כאלה שעדיין בטיפול, תלוי איך האפליקציה מרגישה באותו רגע - על מנת להציג קריאות שירות פתוחות יש להיכנס למסך פתיחת קריאת שירות ואז רק לפעמים ניתן לראות את הקריאות הפתוחות *של כל דיירי הבניין* (פרטיות?). לא ניתן לבצע את תשלום וועד הבית באופן ידני אלא רק לפתוח הוראת קבע.
