This is a very nice method of opening gates compared to other tech I used (such as putting a cellular call or pressing a remote control button).One annoying thing though has happened lately, supposedly following the app update: out of the blue it required to register again, and did that at the most possible uncomfortable way. Imagine you have finally approached your home parking after a long day at work and infinitely long traffic just to discover your Siri shortcut isn’t opening the gate. You pull your phone off the CarPlay and press the shortcut - nothing. You open the app then to find that it requires to re/register. It happened to wife in the morning too, while she’s trying to leave promptly before the jams…I understand that there might be a constraint making the re-registration necessary, but there must be a way to inform the user to do so at a convenient moment (push? SMS?) instead of forcing them to find it out in a most stressful manner and situation while stuck in front of the locked gate.

The App has too many bugs leaves you in front of the Gate! Unable to open. You need to call others to try to open the gate. Synchronized with your phone number, but the gate lack of sensors to identify your car by its license plate- in order to support the App. Shame.
