I struggled with this company for few years. Their devices don’t last. I tried for few years. Their app constantly lose connectivity and getting it back is a nightmare.Once they blacked out for a couple of once and were not transparent about it, so I kept trying until they became kind enough to let the customers know.Since I moved to devices I purchased devices at 1/4 of their price from Ali express I have no issue. Devices last forever and easy to operate.Don’t get near their devices.

I tried and test 5 brands before choosing the smart devices for my home. As an Israeli I must to admit that unfortunately this product (Israeli manufactured) is in the lowest quality by far.Almost nothing work. You can just use it handy by clicking it like all other "stupid" devices. It is decorative and look nice but that about it.Make your self a big favor and search for anything else

Do you need a simple user-friendly app in your iPhone for turning on/off and schedule your home devices? Of course you do. This is it - user-friendly designed, BUT non-working application. I have to re-upload it from AppStore almost every time when I need to use it, because it’s just showing me empty screen without all my devices. Nice

Prepare yourself to re-connect devices once in few weeks. It just disconnect it all and you need manually reinstall/connect. Very bad experience.
