One thing about this app is very user friendly

I tried to make a purchase through the app, and I must say it was a highly frustrating experience. The app itself seemed user-friendly and had a good selection of products, but I encountered a significant issue when trying to complete the final payment for my order. Every time I proceeded to the payment option, the app would get stuck, making it impossible for me to complete the transaction. I attempted multiple times, thinking it might be a temporary glitch, but unfortunately, the problem persisted.

I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and addresses the technical issues with their app promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend using this app for making purchases, as the payment problems undermine the overall shopping experience.

Please don't waste your time buying product directly from their Application. I've ordered two products on 9th October, out of which one came on 12th, but because it was smaller in size, I returned the product, but on their server, it shows that my pickup is failed, and I haven't received any refund yet. Surprisingly, I haven't even received my second product even after being out for delievery since last 4 days.

Better buy the product from other e-commerce apps, as they have better logistics capability.

Now I don't even have idea whether my product will be delievered, or if I would get back my hard-earned money.
