Atlys - Visas on Time 4+

I had been struggling with the Kenya government website for a full 4 days before I was recommended to use Atlys. Two applications (for 2 travellers) were submitted within 12 minutes, and we received our Kenya e-visa well within the promised time. Can’t imagine using any other service or app for my travel requirements ever again! Keep it up Team Atlys!

PS - small suggestion if I may. Please include a chat bot for improved customer interface. Am sure this will make your happy clients a little happier!

No matter how they are marketing themselves, these people are a bunch of amateurs when it comes to visas. Me and my wife applied for Japan visa through and managing with this company has been a nightmare. They never communicate things properly in the first place and then charge you such a high premium for literally no additional services.
They are also outsourcing the visa assistance to local visa dealers. They were giving us a very late VFS appointment date when there were other dates available online. The representative Swati had the audacity to tell me to postpone my trip because they won’t be able to get our visas on time. I eventually had to withdraw my application with them which was another task as their reps are extremely rude. I applied for the visa myself, got a date for VFS for 2 days after and the visa in less than 5 days. So in the time they would have gotten our appointment, I got the visa myself well in advance.
Also, they don’t refund your full money even if they don’t provide you with any service. Classic money making scheme. I would advise people not to use this platform as they don’t take away your vacation stress from you, in-fact only add more stress to it. You are better off applying visa for yourself or through a local agent.

I tried to get my visa through their service. At first glance, the app seems very comprehensive and customer friendly. But once you buy their very expensive service, you get to know the reality!! They have absolutely no knowledge about the visas they are applying for and you have to do multiple follow ups and even then you will not get your visa on time. Meanwhile, the status tracker in the app will show you completely incorrect statuses. When you complain about this to the employees, their answer is that they do not know why the status is being displayed incorrectly.

I would not recommend this service to anyone especially when we are required to share sensitive information with these people in hopes of getting a premium visa application experience. I would have given 0 stars, if I could!
