Wonderful experience at a very economic cost !
I initially had a question about my Hong Kong visa, so I emailed them. They promptly responded, providing clear explanations and resolving my doubts. Subsequently, I applied for a tourist visa for the UAE, which was processed within a day. The app is user-friendly and the team is highly professional. I am eager to use their services for hassle-free visa applications in the future.
There are a few improvements necessary for the app, such as adding a chat feature for quick queries. Additionally, I accidentally uploaded some documents while trying to understand how it works and now cannot find an option to delete them.

Zero transparency and promises unfulfilled
No matter how they are marketing themselves, these people are a bunch of amateurs when it comes to visas. Me and my wife applied for Japan visa through and managing with this company has been a nightmare. They never communicate things properly in the first place and then charge you such a high premium for literally no additional services.
They are also outsourcing the visa assistance to local visa dealers. They were giving us a very late VFS appointment date when there were other dates available online. The representative Swati had the audacity to tell me to postpone my trip because they won’t be able to get our visas on time. I eventually had to withdraw my application with them which was another task as their reps are extremely rude. I applied for the visa myself, got a date for VFS for 2 days after and the visa in less than 5 days. So in the time they would have gotten our appointment, I got the visa myself well in advance.
Also, they don’t refund your full money even if they don’t provide you with any service. Classic money making scheme. I would advise people not to use this platform as they don’t take away your vacation stress from you, in-fact only add more stress to it. You are better off applying visa for yourself or through a local agent.
Wonderful experience! Whole hearted recommendation
I had been struggling with the Kenya government website for a full 4 days before I was recommended to use Atlys. Two applications (for 2 travellers) were submitted within 12 minutes, and we received our Kenya e-visa well within the promised time. Can’t imagine using any other service or app for my travel requirements ever again! Keep it up Team Atlys!
PS - small suggestion if I may. Please include a chat bot for improved customer interface. Am sure this will make your happy clients a little happier!
