AyuRythm is a patent-pending personalised holistic wellness digital solution. It is probably the world’s first application where you can complete the age-old and renowned Naadi Pariksha (Pulse based diagnosis), with the help of your smartphone. This app offers a wonderful mix of modern science and ancient medicine knowledge, from India. Naadi Pariksha is the most effective non-invasive system of diagnosing an individual’s mind-body constitution. Once the constitution of the person is known, a personalised holistic wellness regime like Diet suggestion, Yogasana, Pranayama, Meditation, Mudras, Kriyas, Herbal supplements etc., inclusions and exclusions, are suggested basis your body type.
AyuRythm assesses your Ayurvedic health parameters to recommend above traditional wellness methods. Taking PPG from the help of camera it derives your heart rate, blood pressure, arterial stiffness and pulse morphology and many similar parameters. These health-parameters are then converted to ayurvedic health parameters and are bucketed in the form of Kapha, Pitta and Vata by deriving the high, medium and low values. To ascertain the correct values, our algorithm uses age, height, weight and gender of the users and that's why we take Date of Birth to arrive at users age. To help with the accuracy of these values, our app is integrated with HealthKit to enhance usability so that the users need not worry about updating their basic information (age, gender, height, weight) as it is already done once.
App works as follows:
Differential diagnosis expert system to assess the Prakriti (Inherent body type assessment of an individual, in terms of Kapha, Pitta and Vata balance) based on the literature and published work. Total 30 questions.
Pulse diagnosis (Naadi Pariksha) with a scientific base and backed by proven diagnosis methods using smartphone sensors and related publications by several researchers in this field. This is to establish the current mind-body constitution of you, called Vikriti (In terms of Kapha, Pitta and Vata, in 30 seconds.
Post this, our recommendation engine customizes the app for you and wellness, better health and lifestyle, basis the variance in Kapha, Pitta and Vata are suggested to you as to how to bring back the balance, thus overall wellness.
Leading physicians and hospitals have evaluated AyuRythm and certified it to be suitable for wellness evaluation and recommendations. Please do check for the certificates in the app.
AyuRythm also has a library of a few hundred home remedies, to help you relieve from basic ailments at odd times, using simple methods and ingredients from your home and kitchen.
I had an amazing experience with this app, they have 2 types of diagnosis which can be done so quickly just by answering few questions, we need such apps in our daily life. App looks fine when I start going through the different options. However, first issue - If I click on Male twice it automatically highlights Female which creates confusion what exactly is the app trying to do. Second issue - While trying to register it is not even recognizing the OTP which I am getting from the app server itself. Tried it multiple times but no success. Third issue - There was a difference of almost 20% in results when tried within a span of 1 minute. I understand that the result can differ doing it each time but you should mention the right time of doing it in that case like after food, early in the morning etc.Overall till now - app performance is below average as I was unable to use a single feature without registering and unable to register because of app giving invalid OTP issue. Data accuracy wise, will be checking it with other instruments at the same time as this app and will provide feedback.

I downloaded this after watching it on shark tank India show.. and I am please to say that I am quite happy with the results .. it was very simple process to get ur results In the app.. I just had to put one of my fingers on my camera flash and that’s it..I am exploring more options as of now and will review again with results.

So this will be the first of the reviews.First impressions:Easy to navigate and links up to Apple Health so that’s a great touch.Easy to understand tests and questions - outcomes shared are basis data analysis, have no way of knowing right or wrong need to trust your analytics engine - which I will go with as this is a journey.Questions themselves very simple and easy to answer - setup and analysis done in under 15 minutes.Overall design of the app and information display very very nice.
