Unable to proceed request error

The app has everything you need however every time I try to login it through a error “Unable to proceed request” very rarely I got into application.

This is super frustrating. Developer need to fix the issue.

BHFL’s Pathetic Customer Service: A Nightmare for Loan Customers

Bajaj Housing Finance Limited (BHFL) has been failing its customers with poor post-loan customer service. Many borrowers are frustrated with the company’s lack of responsiveness and unfair charges, making even simple requests a nightmare.

Key Issues Faced by Customers
1.No Response to Emails and WhatsApp Chats
Customers trying to change their EMI bank account after completing the mandate process are left in the dark. Despite repeated follow-ups via email and WhatsApp, BHFL fails to respond, causing unnecessary delays.
2.Multiple Requests Ignored
Borrowers are forced to request account changes multiple times, but BHFL continues to delay action without any proper explanation, adding to customer frustration.
3.Unfair Bounce Charges Due to Misguidance
BHFL misguides customers about advance payment dates, leading to bounced transactions and unnecessary penalty charges. Customers who try to make timely payments still end up being penalized due to BHFL’s lack of transparency.

This kind of service is unacceptable for a financial institution that handles people’s hard-earned money. BHFL needs to take immediate steps to improve its customer service, address grievances promptly, and ensure fair treatment of its borrowers.

Requesting access to private information

The app requests permission for a whole lot of accesses ranging from collecting and monitoring list of apps in my device, SMS related to financial transactions, my contacts, my location and a list of my accounts saved on my device for credit profiling. One has no option to select which to allow abs which not to. If you do not accept then as a customer or otherwise one cannot gain access to the app. Ofcourse, I have a choice here to use the services of the app by accepting to share all of the above stated information. As a customer like all other financial institutions why can’t Bajaj just provide this value add or customer experience without asking for a whole lot of accesses which is private in nature.
