Beegle Campus 4+

A few things that could improve- 1. please call before rescheduling; a number of times i have seen this happening without my consent. 2. Your staff has a direct oversight of how they are being rated. There have been a number of instances where i have given them a 4 rating, but they have called me back to change it to 5 because they will be penalised. 3. They shouldn’t have direct access to a customer number unless the customer chooses to give their contact details.

Sorry for the long post. But want to share my worst experience with Beegle services. So that others will not suffer.

I have taken full kitchen deep cleaning and bathroom deep cleaning services from Beegle. Two persons came for cleaning and did a shoddy job. They were in hurry to finish the job. When I asked to complete the work they said it’s not part of their job and started arguing. They have not cleaned windows, walls, etc. which is clearly mentioned in Beegle app. I inspected later they left lots of stains in kitchen and bathrooms and mishandled electrical items and cupboards due to that my bathroom exhaust fan stopped working, aqua guard started leaking and cupboard ‘push to open’ got broken. When I complained Beegle about shoddy job they sent 1 person after a day to complete rest of the work. He came late and without his equipments as he was not informed what he needs to do. So he left without doing anything. My 2 days was wasted by just waiting for them at home to get cleaning done. I again talked to Beegle and asked either refund the amount or do the job properly. They again promised to do the job and agreed for the morning slot next day. I was waiting and nobody appeared this time. When I called lady said there’s no booking scheduled. I was shocked to hear this as I thought Beegle provided professional services.

Just be cautious while booking services from Beegle.

If you’re lucky enough, you’ll be able to avail their services. The first time I booked a maid, someone arrived at the requested time the next day and I was impressed. The next time, no one turned up and after 24 hours and multiple calls to beegle I got to know no one was available.
Same happened with property tax payment. The first time was smooth, I shared docs on whatsapp, their person went to PT office, promptly got the challans, payment was done.
The next time, I waited for more than a month for payment. Beegle never bothered to update me on anything and I had to follow up multiple times every day.
