Household packages could include the option of kitchen help as well; eg. arranging utensils after cleaning etc.
Must expand coverage. Many of my friends in Bangalore would like to use this facility but are unable to since you are not widespread yet.

Sorry for the long post. But want to share my worst experience with Beegle services. So that others will not suffer.

I have taken full kitchen deep cleaning and bathroom deep cleaning services from Beegle. Two persons came for cleaning and did a shoddy job. They were in hurry to finish the job. When I asked to complete the work they said it’s not part of their job and started arguing. They have not cleaned windows, walls, etc. which is clearly mentioned in Beegle app. I inspected later they left lots of stains in kitchen and bathrooms and mishandled electrical items and cupboards due to that my bathroom exhaust fan stopped working, aqua guard started leaking and cupboard ‘push to open’ got broken. When I complained Beegle about shoddy job they sent 1 person after a day to complete rest of the work. He came late and without his equipments as he was not informed what he needs to do. So he left without doing anything. My 2 days was wasted by just waiting for them at home to get cleaning done. I again talked to Beegle and asked either refund the amount or do the job properly. They again promised to do the job and agreed for the morning slot next day. I was waiting and nobody appeared this time. When I called lady said there’s no booking scheduled. I was shocked to hear this as I thought Beegle provided professional services.

Just be cautious while booking services from Beegle.

I thought the idea was great so I tried to use the service.

First I tried to get my car cleaned. They sent a lady who had never cleaned cars before and asked me to show her how to wash the car. I did show her. But when she closed the task, I went down to the car to see her work, and realised that it was sooo horrible that I had to redo the entire thing. Waste of time on a precious holiday.

But I though I would try to use their services again thinking that maybe I just got unlucky the first time. So I booked them to get my windows cleaned. After I made the booking and the payment, I was then informed that there was no staff member available. When I demanded a refund, they suddenly found an available staff member. Although the booking was done for a full service with cleaning agents, magnetic cleaners, etc etc; the person arrived empty handed and asked me to provide the same. Tried reaching out via WhatsApp but no response. Multiple calls later the job has started.

Again a waste of time on a previous holiday.
