Ratings and Reviews
Distance measurement not accurate
When I actually cover a distance of 7 kilometers the watch/app shows only 5.3 kilometers. This is a huge difference and major problem. Can I have the fix. Also my step length is shown in the watch is 63 centimeters where as my step length is 78 Cmde to 80. Cams. Please review and revert with fox on priority.
Have not received any update or clarification or correction for my earlier query dated 20th October…request to do the needful. The problem still exists. The actual distance covered and distance indicated by the watch is quite down fferrnt.
Worst app/performance/maintenance from developer
Before commenting I have a question? Developer of this application really don’t understand the value of user feedbacks,app maintenance and updates?
They’re collecting user feedbacks from this app but no response. Many times I sent feedback but no response. Last week I clearly I mentioned if I didn’t get reply then I will report this app in AppStore but for that also no response from developer
There’s simple reason behind the issues and neg reviews. They released last update 7 months before(Half of the year no improvement/bugs fixed)
They’re collecting all details but not supporting with health app. Very basic details synced with health app(HR,Sleep,Steps). No workout,exercise,blood oxygen,training data updated.
Asking to sync user data to cloud but as a user I really don’t know where my data stored in cloud and how can I monitor and manage?

Find my phone doesn’t work
Including other issues like late call notification and sometimes disconnections, one major problem is the find my phone feature never works. The only time it works is when I have the app opened. What’s the point of this feature if you have to find your phone first to open the app and then use it
