Good until the subscription ends, then starts spamming for renewal
Once the subscription ends, they spam you by calling multiple times asking “are you going to renew the subscription” and without user’s consent they just start call recording. I don’t understand how they call themselves a security software company if they don’t understand what is meant by security and without user’s consent call shouldn’t be recorded.
No issues until the subscription ends. All good till then. From the app’s perspective it’s all good, the problem starts when their fraud salesperson pitches in asking for renewal.

Great customer service and follow up
My vpn id was clashed with some other user and was not able to use it. Contacted customer care service regarding this. Immediately the matter was investigated as soon as evidence was provided they activated my vpn same day with in few hours. Appreciate ur service provided BodyGuard team. Thanks.
