Loading takes forever

Hi User, thanks for the feedback. There might be some connectivity issue on your network, other users facing similar issue were able to resolve it by switching from 4G to WiFi or vice-versa. Useless app
I have bought the cadburys gems with the toy for my kid to have some digital fun as shown in their ad.
I was very much disappointed to see their app is been uploaded and approved by apple store.
The basic functionality of signup itself is not working.
Email shows optional, but gives error. when entered email it says provide valid email.
I have the screenshots captured for both the case. But don't have provision to upload them.
Cadbury should compensate us for cheating and selling 5rs goods for 50rs. 10x margin.
Really shameful from a brand we all loved from out childhood
