Best app for low credit score people

One thing I must say people who are suffering financially and have a low credit score with good salary they can try this app to upgrade their credit score this app is good for quick resolution with money two things which needs to be resolved is customer support and increase in credit line they work on 50% of the credit line on basis of salary the person who paid the amount on time and in advance must be considered as good client in future and little bit increase in credit line to be provided to them rest everything is good keep the account balance ok let them do auto debit and your credit score will be recovered soon

Double payment Done but still they are not updating

Double payment has been done but they are not updating and saying payment has not been done and made my account defaulter. After paying on time also they are not updating it, customer care people are harassing unnecessary all day asking screenshot and after sharing with them all the screenshot then also they are not updating. I have mailed them also twice and they asked me bank statement that also I have shared but still no response from there side nor they have updated my payment details. Total 5 emi’s I have paid but they have only updated 3 emi’s. Daily basis customer care executive calling me in calls and as well as in whatsapp. Regularly I am telling them payment has been done , sharing them screenshots and bank statement also but they are not updating and harassing me by calling me. Very bad service. Please who so ever is seeing my review don’t take loan from them rather take it from bank at least bank people help us in a very quick manner and resolve our issue. They are customer care executive are very bad in behaviour, don’t know English also only talking in Hindi and in a very bad way , I had an bad experience since 1 month . Please all fellow people don’t take loan from them take from bank

From being the best to the worst

As it goes without saying, whenever there is something new in the market, there’s always key factors that are honoured such as value for product, customer service etc. but as you progress and start gaining popularity you tend to overlook quite a lot of things and you’re no longer the same company. In my case, I’ve been a customer since probably the inception and I’ve looked forward to cashe for many of my needs and I was glad I chose you. However, of late there’s no proper response for why your application is rejected and your folks from customer service just use robotic responses just to maintain so called service levels. I really don’t understand how an application can be rejected when nothing in the profile has changed nor any major changes w.r.t to SLQ as well. This is the 2nd time this happened and I previously referred and suggested your app to many who were in need. But now with my experience, I’ve personally told whoever I referred not to continue with cashe. Not that it’ll make any difference to the company with just a handful uninstalling the app, but customer experience does matter in the end. Goodbye cashe and thanks for helping in need and thanks for teaching me not to rely too heavily. UNINSTALLED
