Mobile is getting warm
I have noticed this kind of heating issue from past 1 month, previously I thought this heating issue with some other apps and storage. So I did reset and observed for more than a month till date and found there are some bugs with the application. When I just logged into internet banking app it’s automatically getting warm and after some time it’s getting hot completely. So please check with optimisation and resolve this issue asap.

Worst app and worst bank
One of the worst bank I have seen in my life. Specially in Anantapur branch the service is worst no one knows the process itself. For gold loan disbursement they have taken time more than 3 hours.. for releasing also they taken 2 hours.. when ever we will deposit amount the cashier always ask ID proof xerox even when we deposit in self account, coming to digi account I have transferred money to my friend it deducted from my account but not transferred to his account when I have raised complaint it’s showing your money will be credited in my account in 14 days.. still not received.. SBI IS 100 percent better than this DBS bank
So slow loading during opening of app
I have been a DBS app user for almost three years now and have seen pros and cons during these times. Majority of cons were the authentication issues through finger print or face unlock that had been gruesome to experience with.
The recent issue I have been seeing is, the slowness of loading DBS app for the startup screen that takes almost a minute or sometimes more than that which has been painful to use the app itself. Been using third party UPI apps to overcome banking challenges with DBS app for the time being.
Request developers to take a note of slowness in accessing the DBS during startup as well as some performance issues seen while doing the regular banking after login
