They kept allocating the same driver they likely have a good relationship with no matter how many times we called to change the driver for our trip ignoring our personal preferences. This itself was extremely rude and unprofessional and says a lot about their customer service attitude. This is why we are finally done with them and it is their loss as we were a regular. 80% of their drivers atleast for us have been unprofessional, one of them stopped in an unsafe outstation highway for their break leaving us stranded for 1/2 hour, another one didn’t want to stop at our polite request for a restroom, another one rudely bossed us around instead of following fair instructions, if we said pls stop here, he would stop elsewhere giving us ridiculous reasons for why he prefers that other stop, and questioning us why it took this much time in a restaurant etc, then one followed us to the restaurant we were sitting in and kept staring at us while we ate, another one took too many breaks on our time and money based on his need to smoke, another one kept staring at me from his front mirror all the return journey which made me uncomfortable, and some didn’t even know basic directions and used our phones for GPS because their battery might go to waste which could still be tolerable if not for the aforementioned. Learnt this by experience. Rest is your call.

Non sense service, worst experience it is worst than ever. Driver first confirms on phone and then at last moment driver stops picking up calls and their customer service doesn’t have any answers.We cannot rely on this app “ Driver on Hire” worst experience. I will not recommend this service to anyone and request others not to book any of their services. I have no other words for these people and pathetic service.I would request everyone do not take their services ever.

I booked a 12-hour ride through Driver On Hire, and the app clearly showed the fare as ₹1200. But after the trip, the driver demanded ₹1570, with no explanation for the extra charge. This is completely misleading and unprofessional.If the app shows a fixed rate, the same should be honored. Such unfair practices break customer trust. Please fix your pricing system and ensure transparency — customers shouldn’t be surprised with hidden charges after booking
