I wish I could give them a 0 star domino’s Warje are the most fake people they can make stories on the spot. I placed my order by 4.15pm in the afternoon because it was not a lunch or dinner time and thinking that they will not delay the order. I have ordered 4-5 times on the same location and They never called me for my location or address. They’ve directly reached at my place but today when my order was getting delayed and Then I tried to reach there call centre first 2 time they were only saying that its getting prepared and you will get the call. Again I initiated chat after waiting 45 minutes then again they gave me the same robotic answer I asked them for branch no and branch people were so so rude after waiting for my order so long they were expecting me to act like calm. And they made up their stories that they came to my place but I didn’t answered now the point here is if the delivery boy left the store with my order I supposed to get a notification that order has been dispatched and this xyz person is coming to deliver the order I even didn’t received the msg I was only getting msgs from call centre that its baking. And post waiting for 1 and half hour they cancelled my order. The staff is pathetic no sense to talk with customers and talk about customers. They were behaving like something else by feeding the food to their loyal customers. And now I know why people have stopped eating from domino’s.

Review revision: Company’s billing and order taking departments are not in sync. Orders are taken through App, Total amount is calculated and then finally paid online for X Amount. But when the food is delivered and invoice handed over to me - invoice shows total amount as Y which is less than the X Amount paid online. Then the difference, X minus Y is shown as CHANGE Amount. When I enquired with the delivery boy, he told me that I will get the CHANGE Amount back through online payback. But even after 6 hours, I have yet to receive the difference CHANGE Amount in my bank account. This is unacceptable and looks like fraud. ——————This App is not worth using in India. Why? Because, when I ordered from this App, Dominos outlet didn't know that I have ordered when I called to enquire about my order. One lady on the phone denied I ordered with the outlet registered. When I insisted that I have, she enquired with someone else and said yes they received my order. That was after 45 minutes when my order didn't arrive. After 60 minutes when it arrived, it was totally different what I had ordered. I sent it back for replacement. Such was confusion. Delay. Mess. I have now decided to delete this App from iPhone. My request to Dominos to employ reliable and educated people who can handle Online order. Further, there is no way to know whether what you have ordered has been received by Dominos. For instance, I did not receive any confirmation email after placing order at all.

They have not been able to honour one order properly in the last couple of orders that I had placed. An occasional mix up or poor quality had become the norm. But the Worst one was the last one where I placed the order, delivery person gave it to some other person in some other building not even in the same locality. And the customer redressal is just useless. After going through the extremely horrible chatbot, They register a complaint for an order that had just gone wrong and promise me to address it in the next 24 hours ? And then they never call back and close the complaint on their own ? Had to call the store everyday for next 7 days to get my 600 rupees back. And convince them that I never got it. How is it on me When your people are delivering orders just about anywhere? And after all this, I was told that refund is not possible since it’s a tedious process. The best they can do is send the order again anyway after 9 PM. Just a terrible place mode of cinducting business. I remember calling up and ordering pizza from dominos in a tier 2 city 15 years ago. Safe to say those days are gone.
