We have updated it to new version and you have introduced OTP verification with is not working properly. We are not getting OTP and unable to login to check my kids home work and other details.

Every time we open DSE app it is asking for OTP generation and login again and the OTP doesn’t receive on mobile devices through SMS but goes to in app messages box. We have check OTP only in registered email id’s and a person doesn’t register their email I’d then?
