Please Note these 2 things:
Absolutely amazing product, thank you so much for creating this. Here are 2 most important things I feel is URGENTLY needed in the app:
1. A lot of items needs help with size issues. Most times some sizes gets sold out and when customer likes the product just when he’s about to order it’s not available in his size and the customer never visits again.
Since it’s an app for small businesses, I think just after clicking on the desired category. Ex:T-shirt, The customer must get an option at the top of screen asking to “select your size” so only products available in his size are shown to him.
2. When we create category and add products, the very first product by default becomes the icon of that category. I believe a small option to add my desired photo as icon for that category can be given just when we create category to make it look so much better. Otherwise, the website looks trashy will all product photos all around.
I’ve 5 years of hands on experience working in my retail business, I wanted to take my business online too and have much more insights for you. But would request you to URGENTLY work on the above mentioned 2 points.

These guys are frauds, I downloaded there app on 12th Jan 23 and was on 7 day free trial. While exploring I couldn’t excess there lot of features and was asked to subscribe to excess all there features. Thinking that I’m on 7 day free trial I subscribed to Gold plan on 12th Jan 23 around 11:30 p.m.. As I was genuinely thinking of shifting to there platform, as soon as I subscribed my account was debited 3999/-. Next day on 13th Jan 23 morning I mailed them asking why I was debited?? So in the beginning they replied saying your Trial period is over, so you were debited. When I told them I just downloaded the APP yesterday and it’s not even 24 hours. They changed there track and said you had 7 day free trial then why did you subscribed? I explained them that at any platform when you are on trial period and you subscribe to any APP they never charge you till your trial period is not over. In return they just sent the mail your ticket is closed.
I was a genuine customer thinking of shifting to Dukaan platform. But there act has shown how greedy these guys are. So it’s ok that you cheated and got Rs. 3999/- but no more. But lost a permanent customer. So stay happy and keep cheating, but this will not take you very far.
Make option of “Move to Top” for Category
Overall Excellent,
but 1)make an option for Category of “move to top” as like Products. Because some times our targeted categories are at the bottom & finally we make loss by not attracting customers. 2) whenever I edit Product detail, the unit of Product changes itself to Piece. It is very boring & tends to confuse customers.
3) if item name is long, then The customer can not see full name in grid view/ List view Both.
