We were planning to get into app based selling and coincidentally Mr. Umang Jhanwar from Udaan came to our shop and explained us their business model and we got convinced and listed our products the same day and started getting orders from Day 1 and in a month's time we got good business from Udaan. We had not expected that we will get such good response from it. The best part is we are getting orders from pan india. The App is very user friendly and the process from listing the products to despatching the products is quiet simple. Would recommend business owners to try selling on this app.Team Udaan let's grow together!!

They do not have any team to help customers or shopkeepers who order from them and they hardly care about any customer because of their big size They will send you expired products and will not return them if you did not check the date within three days of delivery.Also they do not care about GST related issues, if you are a GST registered customer they will hardly send you a bill copy with proper HSN codes or even they will not put their GST numberEspecially they have their own seller in the name of Granary wholesale limited who is the main culprit that does not respond to your calls and messages and after many reminders they didn’t send me with proper GST billsI would totally say no to UDAAN app if you are an organised business because they are satisfied with gali nukkad shops and they have their standards that can satisfy only those categories.

Please refrain from signing up for their services or their credit facility. They have no accountability nor responsibility. They are not organised. Double billing, payment manipulation, data misuse are all that happened with us. They took 50k cash payment but asked for payment after 6months! Lucky that we had proofs! Even that they will refuse to accept. Customer Services do not have any updates on anything other than repeating few words that they’re purely trained on. They do not respond to emails, calls. They have someone called legal team and they are hidden. They don’t even respond to legal notices and no way you can contact anyone knowledgeable. They misuse personal information and no one can get them to take ownership. Please stay away from trouble. Not transparent company to engage with! Products they supply are also not good quality oflate.

They are listing the product n making the sell the product below the listing price As they say they are keeping offers to the customer but at the end of the day they are fooling the customer As they dnt knw that the price the customer is getting is more price then the actual price the seller is selling at the shop they are just saying the customer that they ll get free delivery but once’s there app run Then ll get the charge from the customer as rs 60 for order up to 500 kg and above 500 they charge Rs 40 so in the end the customer is getting fool and it does not get benificiary to the costumer
