Below are the few issues that I have noticed on your app:

1. The data that is shown on the app is not live and even if the power source is DG, it shows as Grid supply. Now I don’t know who feeds this information to your app, it could be the housing society or it could be you gathering it yourself by checking the supply. But it never shows the correct power supply. By default, it just shows grid supply all the time.

2. Now what’s with the font on your app. You need to rectify the white on white font for iPhone app. How am I ever supposed to identify what link or icon am I clicking?

3. It never shows correct information regarding the amount left on my recharge. I rarely see messages coming in on the correct time to help me plan the recharges.

4. The app breaks down every 2 days and I can never login when I want to. Not sure if it’s an issue with load balancing but I stay in an housing complex of 1680 apartments with only 50-60 percent of the occupancy. Not sure what will happen when we have 100 percent occupancy. This is not expected out of an enterprise level app.

5. I am not going to get started on your security protocols now because if anyone wants, they can bypass your security and authentication features and can check the data or power off for other apartments in the society. It’s a breach and should be fixed asap.

Please see to it that your developers look into these issues asap and get them rectified.

I regret to say that my experience with the electricity meter management app has been nothing short of frustrating. From the moment I downloaded it, I encountered a barrage of issues. Firstly, the app incessantly prompts me to log in every time I open it, which is incredibly inconvenient. Moreover, it seems plagued by an abundance of bugs and server problems. Whether it's crashing unexpectedly or displaying cryptic server errors, using this app has been a test of my patience. I had hoped for a seamless experience to manage my electricity usage, but unfortunately, this app falls far short of expectations.

I visited the website it is mentioned that 50+ countries were served.
But when it comes to the app, it doesn’t work majority of the times. No integration for payment. Can download bills. I am surprised to see how cheap the app development is made. No wonder about the worst rating in the appstores. It is high time that you actually fix all these problems.
