Government of Telangana has been a pioneer in e-governance in the country. Through MeeSeva Centers and online portal, the citizens are empowered to receive the delivery of public services in a hassle-free manner. In continuation of accomplishing its vision of simplifying the processes of accessing government services, Government of Telangana is launching T App Folio - The official digital App of Telangana State.
T App is available as an Anytime, Anywhere mobile service delivery gateway for all Government Departments.

Payment failure
All the app is working good. But once I go to the payment section, the app is shutting down. I am trying to apply for duplicate license. I am trying since three days and almost for 25 times. As soon I go to the payment section after filling all the details and select the mode of payment and press continue the app is closing by itself. Please look into the issue and this app will be very helpful for the people in these hard times. I will change your rating if this problem is sorted out. Thank you.
Useless support team
I have applied for the renewal of the driving license through Tapp, it’s been a month and I haven’t received any response from the department.
I went to the RTA office to check the status of my application. Government authorities are not able to help me in issuing my license due to technical issue with Tapp team.
When I called them from RTA office, they said their servers were down, they wanted me to send an email to their support team. Inspite of doing all of those I haven’t got any response from them for 24 hrs. Now when I called them insisting them to resolve my issue, they hung up saying I will receive a email response from the technical department.
RTA app not working properly.
I tried renewal of Driving License. It started well, loaded good. Filling the details went through. But once we reach “take photo “ the photo screen freezes. No photo is taken, the app doesn’t go to the next screen. I tried it about 50 times, with the same results.
All in all this became useless.
They need to go back to the drawing board and remove the bugs.
