The Worst Service ACT Fibernet
The worst service from the ACT Fibernet. On 23rd June I have kept a request for shifting. But after a week also no update was given from none of the executives I have called back to the customer care and was raising the request. And moreover one of the act executive was telling that there is no ACT service available at my place, but I could clearly see that ACT is providing service at my new location. They just hesitated. And after everything is done the technician came for installation on Day 8 after a long fight, that nonsense person don’t know how to pull out a wire and give the connection. He just left everything and he said I can’t do this I’m third party vendor. I don’t know. This was the response given by him, so worst response. And after this I called up to the team lead even worse he is, he doesn’t know the problem also and was telling that they can’t do from their end. And then I took a decision of disconnection that time the executive called and was requesting me that mam you’re the valuable customer please don’t go away from ACT we will fix the issue. But I wasn’t interested, and I TOOK A NEW CONNECTION WITH TATASKY IT WAS MORE FEASIBLE TO ME AND THE RESPONSE IS TOO GOOD. Each and every executive is trained well. First you people learn how to maintain the service and talk to the customers. NEVER EVER I RECOMMEND ACT FIBERNET TO NONE OF THEM. The worst Service is ACT FIBERNET.
Harassment and agony comes free with the service which never works
I unfortunately took the poor service they provide in June 2018 and asked them to immediately stop it during the same month. They discontinued the service but kept on calling me again and again from private numbers at almost any time of the day asking me to take the service again. I have sent multiple emails to ask them to stop calling me. They were supposed to give me a refund on my name which i have not received till date and they claim they have sent the cheque. I have never signed any kind of cheque from ACT fibernet. I moved from the address almost 8 months ago and now it has come to my notice that they have re continued my account, on my number, using my details at the same address and they have been sending me emails regarding the amount. I have never given any consent to start the service again and they would require my signatures to do that which i have not ever given. So i want to complain for three items: Mental harrassment and agony caused to deal with ACT fbernet representatives on multiple phonecalls and emails. Not having received any of the promised refund till date. Restarting the service using my accout details to a third party without my consent I have also lodged a file in consumer forum.
Do not ever ever take service from these fraud cheaters.
Worst customer Service. They don’t care.
I have been using act fibernet for more than 7 years now when it was called Beam in Hyderabad. Day by day the service is getting worse. I raised a complaint and they took two days to fix it and I did not have internet connectivity. They charged late payment fees in my bill from previous month which is ok but they did not mention before hand. Since I did not have internet connection for two days, they should waive that bill for two days. After raising a complaint and contacting customer service which took more than 10 minutes to get hold off on call, they say if you don’t have connectivity for more than 72 hours then only we will refund, otherwise the customer should ask.. what sort of logic is this..This is straight forward cheating..taking money for the service you have not provided. When asked the same the rude customer service rep hung up on me and did not bother to call back. I can’t see my ticket status and the app keeps showing me to pay bill before accessing the customer service. What sort of genius will come up with this logic. Anyhow you are suspending the service, then why bother to restrict customer service access. Stop taking your loyal customers for granted. Hope you guys change and become better at serving your customers.
