Worst app
Worst app ever. Their customer care support staff doesn’t help in anything we ask for. In the app e ticket is showing to download. However every time I am trying to download the same an error is coming in any device I tried. Moreover they are not sending the e tickets to mobile or email. Just solve the basic problems
About service
Such a nice service provided by karnataka government and the interface is good and user friendly…. Leave about the bad reviews r comments who have posted on it….
Few missing features.
Unable to return from print preview screen and please add an option to share the ticket to watsapp or at least copy as pdf.
