This app after every update getting worse than older version. Earlier while we checking statement it was easier to switch other accounts related to our customer id. Now after new update we have to click back option and it goes to main page. Every back button directs to main page. In latest update statement of debit/credit comes in same line. And can’t recognise which transaction was that.

Once after the application is updated to the 1.8 version it’s having the error of ‘connection error’ . I have tried to reinstall and set date and time and restart of mobile. Every possible thing I did , still issue persisted and now also not able to connect to applications. Once you enter the Pin it’s showing the error ‘Connection error’ and nothing happens after this. But it’s really pathetic without even testing the application how it’s in apps store, since Manx people have reported the same issue and issue is not yet fixed from 1 month. Please fix it at the earliest, so that the end users Of KBL will not face consequences by this issue.

It was some 5-6 months back but now most of the time it gives error saying connection error. Never expected this from Karnataka bank. When needed the app is of no use. Planning to close account with Karnataka bank as they are failing to provide service whenever needed to the customer. Pathetic experience. Not sure which uneducated technical group is responsible for this application and why Bank management is silent about this.

Was an extremely responsive app for a long time, but now it’s been a horrible experience accessing it, almost every time a “connection error” message pops up and very rarely things go through smoothly. Please do something to make this beautiful app usable, and readily available when needed during this heightened online transactions era.
