KBL MOBILE Plus 4+

It is an amazing app. But from last 3-4 days I am not able to transfer money to other accounts. It keeps showing the error that you have to create virtual account. I was able to transfer money earlier but this error is annoying me since last 3-4 days. I can’t make transaction through the app. Please solve my issue.

KBL Mobile Plus Application is an iOS app and one of the worst banking apps I have seen. It is getting worse day by day under the new management. I do not recommend using this app. I have contacted customer service multiple times regarding the app's design and functionality, but they have failed to address these issues. Logging in, getting OTPs for transactions, and fund transfers are consistently problematic. It seems like the management is not interested in improving the app's software issues. Despite being a bank that has been around for a hundred years, there is still no user-friendly app. The bank needs to prioritize improving their service functionalities in this regard.

It’s been over two months since I am trying to have both my savings and current accounts on this app. It allows only my current account. It worked well before updating the app. After updating the app I expected it to get better, it got worse and stays thus. And what’s about asking for the bloody feedback every single time I log in and log out???? Very incompetent app, except for the branch employees who are super friendly; I have only had bad experiences with online banking, banking app and the branch manager. Fix it asap or start losing customers. I am on the verge. I have deleted and reinstalled the stupid app a hundred times now. Just no use.
