Zero Rating - Worst customer care service
If there is any option for giving Zero.. Etihad deserve the same..
Was a regular Etihad flyer.. But when time comes for the refund, they are mum.. Chasing for my refund for more than 11 months... No proper response.. Spoke to their customer care more than 15 times.. each time they will give false commitment.. Many emails and reminder sent, but no response.. I wonder how Etihad become one of the top Airline list... It is the worst Airline for post service..
getting connecting to customer care is minimum 20 to 30 mins..
Me and Family never ever travel again with Etihad..
Scam in luggage for students
When was first booking for the flight they showed me 45kg check-in bag, but i am student so when I saw the discount and the discount read in bold letters that “10% discount plus extra baggage” so i booked it immediately but instead it is a SCAM like they have literally decreased my 45kg check in bag to 40kg checkin bag and when i called the customer support they are saying like its my fault that they are giving only 40kg baggage allowance to students and 45kg to normal adult like the discount is just a SCAM to all the students who are travelling in the airlines.
