I am writing to bring to your attention several critical functionality issues I have encountered while using the eToll app on my iPhone 15 with iOS version 17.4.1. Despite several attempts to resolve these issues, I have faced persistent challenges that have significantly hindered my user experience.

Firstly, I have noticed that the app frequently fails to load the main screen when my WiFi is ON. When it’s turned OFF, occasionally it works. Most of the time, it remains stuck on the loading screen, rendering the app unusable.

Furthermore, when attempting to utilize the "add on tag" option within the app, I consistently encounter crashes. After the app crashes, I am prompted to reopen it, but upon doing so, the main screen fails to load, leaving me unable to proceed with any transactions or tasks within the app.

These ongoing issues have not only caused frustration but have also impeded my ability to effectively manage my toll payments and transactions.

I kindly request that your development team promptly investigates and resolves these issues to ensure a smoother and more reliable user experience for all customers, particularly those using iPhones with the latest iOS version.

Whenever I attempt to open the app, lam immediately greeted with a message stating,
"Your device is not supported. Your device has been detected as a rooted device." | was perplexed by this message as l have never rooted my iPhone or made any modifications to it. Furthermore, I have not encountered any such problems with other apps installed on my device.

I am reaching out to seek your guidance and assistance in resolving this issue. Is there a specific reason why this error message is appearing on my iPhone? Is there a way to fix this problem and regain access to the ICICIfast tag app on my device?
