Useless aap m student here I want to do e transfer but not working . I tried a lot to do that but it’s not working . I put lots of complaints on customer care but my issue is not solving . Very bad bank I also don’t get debit card . As a student I m in trouble I have no money and the bank is doing nothing. Very very poor .

This is indeed a very pathetic application kyc center requires a selection intention of use but there is nothing to select and not allowing me to enter the app. Also website is has it own height of stupidness many fields are not working and most of the online services are currently not available.

Very very poor app which gives headaches if you conpare to SBI bank app then obviously you get 4 star but if you compare to Canada banking apps then oh gosh you really need to wait , wait , and wait and mostly the app doesn’t respond very well and signout me all the time .
