Fastrack Reflex 4+

Couple of things that would need improvement

1. Change the theme: Current theme is black and green, you can change it to something light, not very dark.
2. Sync with iPhone Health app - This will take the app and the product to great heights, because right now, if i do cycling with this band, it will not read my steps properly. But if i record my cycling with strata, which pushes the data to my health app, and then flex should read data form my health app and merges it with my band's data, it would be great. So that i can have the best of both the worlds.
3. Call connectivity: I have seen call connectivity getting laggy after a while.

Dear Titan Company Limited,
I am not satisfied with the latest version of the Fastrack Reflex App.
In the latest version, there is a latest firmware update available for the Fastrack Reflex Smart Band. But i am not able to install the latest firmware update in my Band. Whenever I try to update my band from the app settings, a pop-up is occuring and showing that there is a new firmware update available for your band and there is an instruction showing that do forget the band from the Bluetooth Settings before installing this firmware update and when I click the Update option again there is a pop-up occuring and showing the progress of the installation and after few seconds the app says that the installation of the bew firmware update is failed and your band will reset after 5mins. And this is repeating every time when I use the band.

I recently updated the reflex app and connected my band to the phone. After entering the app, it prompted me for firmware update. I tried updating the firmware thrice which always gave me the message “failed to update firmware and the watch will reset in 5 minutes”. After my band got reset, I was unable to connect the band to the phone as the name of the band was not visible in bluetooth devices. The worst part is that after the reset, you won’t be able to reset the time as it couldn’t be connected to phone. I could do nothing and gave it in Titan Service Center. I was told that it takes minimum 25 working days for them to check the problem and return the band to me. Now I have to live without my band for over a month. Please don’t try to update ur firmware at any cost and loose your band for a month in service center.
