The Flexnest App is here to revolutionize At-Home workouts and your fitness journey. The Flexnest app is compatible with the Flexscale – India’s 1st and smartest weighing scale which tracks over 13+ body parameters like Body Fat, Protein, BMI etc. The Flexnest App also keeps a track of changes to your body with easy to understand graphs and metrics.
App neeeds access to HealthKit, in order to read steps from HealthKit and counts the average steps walked to display in the App. App uses care kit needs To track BPM and Heart condition.
The app comes with a content subscription.

Payments and Renewal:
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.

I have been using flex-bike from the last 2 months and what a product. Such amazing results. And the other products like the flex dumbbell are very innovative and result oriented and convenient to use. Highly recommend to buy.

Changing from 4 star to 1 star
What this company has done is just scammy. They have changed their app so that virtually everything is hidden behind a subscription. I understand premium features like exercise classes, virtual rides etc being premium features. I have no use for them and only use quick ride to log a ride. However, what they have done is that once the ride is finished, you cannot access any of the details of the ride unless you get a subscription. This is just ridiculous. You cannot stop me from accessing my own data and I bet it is against Apple’s policies as well.
I highly recommend people don’t buy this, as the costly equipment is likely to be scrap without you continuously giving them money!
If they change their policies, I will revisit the rating.
Experience was good but could be better
First annoying thing was I had to create yet another account on the App despite having an account already which was used to make the purchase on the website. Second, I already own an Apple Watch and I was surprised to see that the workout data reported to the health app was missing the crucial heart rate data. Third, for some reason the Fitness app treats the workout data received from the Flexnest app as outdoor cycling which is blatantly wrong, it should have been indoor cycling. The integration with the Apple ecosystem could certainly be better. Also passwordless OTP login is the future and a more secure alternative.
