Remove close button on final scan for results
Please remove the close button on the page to scan for the results. After waiting for 15 mins if someone presses the cross button by mistake the entire test becomes useless.
No Results / Technical Glitches
To the team of CoviFind
There seems to be a technical glitch in your app cause at the last when the picture is clicked nothing seems to be moving post that. I have been waiting for more than an hour and all I can see as an option is to retake the image or do nothing. Unfortunately there is no provision to upload a screenshot which could have made you understand what exactly I’m talking about.
I’m happy to come on a call to explain in detail.
I hope that you will resolve this issue for the benefit of others.
Glitch while taking photo
The test is very smooth. But the app interface is not that great. If you get a call or if the phone goes to standby mode then there is no option to return to an ongoing test. You have to enter all details from the beginning. Even once you take the photo of your results it hangs. Many times the photos do not adhere to the specific requirement. Hope they solve these issues soon.
