Flipkart Health+ Medicine App 12+

Service is pathetic. I had ordered a cream which got delivered with a lid broken i raised a complaint immediately within minutes regarding the issue as the packaging was also not good . They had technical issues to upload pictures i had wait to receive link from them for hours. After I uploaded the pictures and called them they apologised and all and me to place another order and they refund for the present order. I made a fool of myself by believing after placing another order. They contacted after 10 days and telling me that the complaint is rejected by the verification team. I mean how? When the product leaves their warehouse it might be fine but during the delivery if gets damaged then customer is unlucky because its not their mistake. Before telling customer is unlucky they should pack the products safely where there will be no chance of damage. I should have seen the reviews and den ordered from this worst app. I should’ve just gone with the name. Now i am at loss and they are in profit by delivering a damaged product.

I placed my first order with Flipkart health+ and the orders didn’t arrived until the evening of the delivery date so I have to call the customer support and raise a complaint. The same delay happened for the second order but when I finally received it, one of the product didn’t matched with my order so I went through the app to return the product but to my surprise there was no return option and secondly the order status was still not updated and was in the shipping phrase 24hours post delivery. The only option left was to contact the customer support and they said that your problem will be resolved within 24hours but its been 2days since then I haven’t received any call or mail from their side. Really pathetic and stupid customer support just imagine someone in emergency of some medicine but then the customer support says just wait for another 24hours. So please drop the idea of purchasing anything from this app as there are many better options available out in the market.

I have been using this app for a while. The ease of placing and processing an order, availability of medicines, and delivery services were great—no complains, until now ie. In the recent interactions i observed the order processing has taken a turn for the worse. In fact I have concerns over medical data privacy and confidentiality uploaded while placing an order. One thought an established venture like Flipkart acquiring the app would elevate the services. Clearly that’s not the case and it’s clear that it’s time to explore other options, which are aplenty. I would reckon the pharmacy in one’s neighbourhood can offer better experience with its home delivery, availability of medicines, and discounts. No longer do i promote this app for its services, rather I would advice prospects against considering it for their medical and health needs. There are several better choices which safeguard your health & medical data while ensuring a smooth order placing and processing experience.
