I’m really great full because of this app in today’s life we have so many thing which are just lay down in front of us which have no use or used but it’s not mean that was waste it can be used by someone I did the same as a new user they give me services on time timely reply on customer support even pickup the order in estimated time but now I sell 2-3 product on this app they show real faces not replying on time I loose 2 order because of waiting 10days and last it cancel I packed the order I rescheduled my day because of pickup timing or call but delivery agent not come they have not given customer care number agent number even agent call me 2 time but hr make me fool to will come that day that time blah blah soo overall they think buyer and receiver have no jobs because we need available all the time for them

Worst app ever i won’t be selling my clothes here anymore it is very hectic to sell things online first of all initially you have to start selling in coins then to earn it in cash you will have to make a bid this was not mentioned in any of the apps my suggestion is to give the clothes to the needy instead of selling it on this platform. Plus i even tried to buy stuff here through coins and whichever stuff i tried to buy it got cancelled within two days what am i supposed to do with the coins now tried ordering earings birthday banners and what not still my orders got cancelled plus to sell things you need to have a print of the shipping guide and whenever i tried to set the pick up date according to my convince it did the show to option for direct shipping labels it feels such a waste now that i have sold my items. Please don’t sell tops shirts for less price and even if the offer is less don’t sell you’ll regret later on for selling it at a cheap price than what you gor it for. Plus the pickup dates were unusual the delivery guy would call anytime to pick up the parcel which was hectic for since i an a student and i travel by train and bus i cannot reach home early just to give the parcels. Over all this apps feels like a waste now the coin system is so confusing that you end up selling for such cheap price and the coins are of no use now since everyone just cancels my order if i have to buy anything the delivery charges for them is also separate 🙄

This app is so bad. I placed an order for a top of 200 rs. That was shipped through Delhivery Direct. The delivery person never contacted me and wrongfully marked as I rejected delivery. I opted for prepaid mode of payment and what they did was horrible they initiated return after 2 days and deducted 150rs and return shipment charges that I never wanted to return. I begged them continuously to not do that and return my order but instead they closed every single one of my tickets by saying that it was my fault. I told them to atleast ask the delivery person for any proof of contact. But instead they blamed me consistently without taking any responsibility. I have never rejected any delivery of freeup even after 3 years now and they are choosing to trust the delivery person. They just don’t want to put any efforts and helping you is their last priority. They don’t even have any customer support just a ticket system that is also automated. I WARN YOU TO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. They don’t care for us trust me. I was a fool to trust this app. I am leaving this app and urge you to please leave this app asap, before something like this happens to you. They don’t care for you and nor would they listen.
