I ordered online and the payment was debited from my account, but I didn't receive any confirmation of the order. I was told that I would get a refund in 7 to 10 working days, and I did receive the refund within that time frame. The second time, I ordered through cash on delivery around September 11th, but I haven't received the order yet. I keep receiving notifications through text and emails saying that the residence was closed or locked, which is not acceptable because there is always someone at my residence. After connecting to customer care, I was informed that I would receive the order by dawn, but it has been two days since then and I still haven't received the order. I'm getting the same error notifications. This was my first time buying something from GIVA, and unfortunately, it will be the last. It was a huge disappointment for me.I mean, just think about it. If they are not capable of providing service to a new buyer, how will they provide service to an old buyer? If I had bought something from them previously and I want some kind of service for that particular product, how can I expect to receive any kind of service from them?

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with my order and still haven’t resolved.
Firstly, my order has been delayed by two days, and when I tried to contact the delivery person, their phone was switched off. This lack of communication is frustrating and has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
Secondly, I spoke with your customer service team regarding my order, and I was informed that the item I purchased is out of stock. Instead of providing a resolution, I was advised to cancel my order because you will only dispatch the item once 20 pieces of the same description are ordered by other customers. This explanation is not acceptable, and it is concerning that your website does not reflect real-time stock availability, leading to orders being placed for items that are no longer in stock.
I expect a more efficient service and better communication. Could you please provide a clear resolution to this issue, either by ensuring the prompt dispatch of my order or offering an alternative?
