I ordered online and the payment was debited from my account, but I didn't receive any confirmation of the order. I was told that I would get a refund in 7 to 10 working days, and I did receive the refund within that time frame. The second time, I ordered through cash on delivery around September 11th, but I haven't received the order yet. I keep receiving notifications through text and emails saying that the residence was closed or locked, which is not acceptable because there is always someone at my residence. After connecting to customer care, I was informed that I would receive the order by dawn, but it has been two days since then and I still haven't received the order. I'm getting the same error notifications. This was my first time buying something from GIVA, and unfortunately, it will be the last. It was a huge disappointment for me.I mean, just think about it. If they are not capable of providing service to a new buyer, how will they provide service to an old buyer? If I had bought something from them previously and I want some kind of service for that particular product, how can I expect to receive any kind of service from them?

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I have received from your company. On March 29th, I placed an order with your company, and as of today, I have neither received the product nor received a refund for the purchase. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite my numerous attempts to contact your customer service team, I have not received any satisfactory resolution to this issue. The lack of communication and follow-up from your end has only added to my frustration. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the level of incompetence and disregard for customer concerns that I have experienced is truly disheartening. I expect immediate action to rectify this situation. I demand either prompt delivery of the product I ordered or a full refund without any further delay. Purchased 2 piece of necklaces in store at 10% discount for 2 items. Within a month and 2-3 times of use a stone struck off from one of the necklace. We were out of station so couldn’t do the return process. After which I claimed the warranty. They collected the piece from my home and after 5 days it was shown in app that the product is delivered. Immediately called customer care, after so much of headache the call was connected and CC executive intimated that the money is refunded in wallet as the item is out of stock . I asked him to refund the money in my original source, for which he shown unability. This is total cheating. Selling substandard products, providing warranty then seize it in the name of out of stock. Not even refunding money but transferring it into wallet means even if we don’t want to buy after all this headache. Deliberately forcing us to buy another product at high rate or else our money is gone. There is no such thing as warranty. So don’t fall to their prey. Instead buy from local market.
