Poor service.. I am very disappointed
I ordered a jewellery and paid for it and order received on time. But due to bad quality of the product I manage to exchange the item
But after several weeks of waiting I still hadn’t received any updates on my exchanged item
I tried to contact company serveral times through their website and phone numbers but they never responded to any of my messages
I still haven’t received any refund…

Extreme Disappointed
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I have received from your company. On March 29th, I placed an order with your company, and as of today, I have neither received the product nor received a refund for the purchase. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite my numerous attempts to contact your customer service team, I have not received any satisfactory resolution to this issue. The lack of communication and follow-up from your end has only added to my frustration. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the level of incompetence and disregard for customer concerns that I have experienced is truly disheartening. I expect immediate action to rectify this situation. I demand either prompt delivery of the product I ordered or a full refund without any further delay. Additionally, I urge you to improve your customer service processes to ensure that other customers do not face similar issues in the future. I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter.
Poor service
Guys it's a genuine review, please do not place any order from Giva as my husband gifted a pendant to me six months ago and I opened a package today. What I see is the pendant has colour black from rose gold. For that note I spoke to customer executive agent and she was telling me about the policy that if you use any chemical or sunscreen or whatever so, the products, the colour of the product will change but the truth is, I haven't even touch that product to my skin so how the colour changes right this is my question and she says sorry mam I cannot do that this is a policy what I have been asked for telling you the customer you only have to do one thing you have to pay 199 rupees for the delivery partner and you will be getting a lifetime claim and and if this happen again, the same procedure will be goes on and on and on. So guys they are giving you very poor after sale services and never ever I transfer the call to senior department because of their useless excuses So please do not order from this site
