Just Excellent
App is very simple and easy to use with products properly categorised, thereby making shopping and selection convenient and hassle-free. The quality of vegetables, greens and fruits is really better compared to other online platforms, and particularly their efforts to deliver in a timely manner the freshly harvested, organic and naturoponic produce with comparatively high levels of nutrition compared to regular stock in the market is really appreciable. So far they haven’t missed even a single delivery, and even the post-sales customer support in the event of concerns related to the order is really quick and prompt. Happy with the experience over all so far.

Product Quality has declined
I was a regular customer 6months back . I used to order a lot but from last few months i hardly ordered anything due to poor quality of product . In bunch of 4-5 vegetables every time 1-2 vegetable is old or spolied . When I receive it look fine but within 2-3day at least 2-3 vegetable literally get spoiled and watery . Also couple of time i have made complaint against under weight fruits . Specifically for avocados . If I am paying 2-3 time amounts for avocados compare to normal market price than I am expecting fresh vegetables/fruits but I have showed them image of riped fruits . I am highly disappointed from last few months the kind of bad quality products i have received despite of paying higher amount than market price and in return money is not refunded and i have received coupons of same amount .What if I don’t want to continue my shopping from here what should i do with coupons .plz I hv request if customer complaint against bad quality product with proof kindly refund there money back and dont give a coupon so they ll not left with any other choices except buying back

Amazing app and quality of products
I really like Gourmet Garden products for their amazing quality! They have the widest options of all kinds of leafy greens and vegetables. I was waiting for their app. Now it is so convenient to order from them!
